（1）This Agreement made and entered into by and between ABC Co. and XYZ Co.

（2）NOW, therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows：
譯文：故經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致同意如下：
（3）This Contract is made out in two originals, each copy written in Chinese and English
languages, both texts being equally valid. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the Chinese text shall prevail.
譯文：本合同正文一式兩份，分別以中文和英文書寫，兩種文本具有同等效力。若對(duì)其解釋產(chǎn)生異議，則(將)以中文本為準(zhǔn)。
（4）This Contract shall come into force after the signatures by the authorized representatives of both parties.

（5）This Contract shall be written in English in four copies. Each party shall keep two copies. 譯文：本合同應(yīng)以英文寫成，一式四份，雙方各持兩份。
(1)每份合同都可以劃分成約首、本文和約尾三個(gè)部分并且必須按照這個(gè)順序排列，各部分所包含的要件一般都比較固定、不可或缺，否則就無(wú)法成為受法律保護(hù)的正式合同。
(2)此外，合同的各個(gè)要件多以條款的方式按照從一般到特殊的邏輯順序排列，每個(gè)特定項(xiàng)
目都處在一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)密完整的框架之中。
