Over the past three years, I have worked with XXX Co.,Ltd as Sales (again, in sales or as a sales man/person/rep?) who responsible (with responsibility mainly) for the market of Hunan. During this period, I have learnt much. I learned the values of teamwork and commitment, how to win, how to work hard, how to concentrate and focus on goals, and how to balance my time and priorities. Additional experience in other fields such as graduation practice in factory and commercial negotiation also reinforces my value to your company.

Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover，Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.

在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間，我通過自己的努力掌握了扎實的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識，并且全面發(fā)展自己的興趣愛好，廣泛閱讀，參加戶外運動，心理素質(zhì)及身體素質(zhì)都得到了很大提高。此外，作為校園記者，除盡心盡力做好自己的工作外，我還組織并參加各類文體活動，不僅為集體及個人爭得了榮譽，還鍛煉了自己各方面的能力。初出校園的大學(xué)生，在工作經(jīng)驗方面必定會有所欠缺，因此在讀書期間，我一直利用各種機會參加社會實習(xí)。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，實際工作遠比書本知識豐富、復(fù)雜，但是我憑借較強的責(zé)任心與學(xué)習(xí)能力和踏實肯干的'作風(fēng)，在社會實踐中能圓滿地完成各項工作，從中獲得的經(jīng)驗也讓我受益匪淺。
