動物們也有比賽。比如舉行跳遠比賽。哺乳動物派出的選手是袋鼠，鳥類派出的選手是帝王企鵝，兩棲動物派出的選手是彈涂魚和火箭蛙。首先由袋鼠先跳，平常它可以不費吹灰之力跳五米，袋鼠開始助跑了，它盡力地一躍而起，在空中劃出了一條美麗的弧線，“咚”！它跳了十七米。接下來是彈涂魚，它跳了八米。帝王企鵝從水里沖出來，把沙地砸出了一個大坑，成績是六米。最后是火箭蛙，它的后腿強壯而有力，一躍而起，在空中跟火箭似的飛翔，“紜保∷顏鱸碩《繼耍杉ㄊ78米。這次比賽的冠軍是“火箭蛙”！
