we gave priority to environmental protection.It is indisputable that government plays a significant role in preserving the environment.However,to be more exact,the government is just the one who makes strategic decisions while the ones who practice it are the individuals.For instance,the government has been committed to protecting the animals and therefore launched a policy to protect endangered animals.To prevent the hunters from hunting endangered animals,the government’s main responsibility is to supervise the process whereas it is everyone’s compelling obligation not to hunt the endangered animals.
Additionally,the definition of government is rather abstract while the individuals is practical. A question has arisen:who is the governmentThe answer is obscure.So we cannot depend on the government to share our duty of protecting our surroundings.Truly,the government serve us people,they surely are accountable to the environmental protection.But let us keep in mind that the environment belongs to every individuals.The responsibility and effort of individuals matter a lot to the success of every single measure.
In conclusion,individuals are obliged to preserve the environment.Undoubtedly,the ones who act in positions of authority on behalf of the government are supposed to assume greater shares of responsibility for the environment.

Thenthe second step followed.This timesome factories had to move out of this regionpushed by the citizens and government.The consequence is pleasant.Usually very cloudythe sky now is clearerand the air became fresher.Butto modify the environment in this region entirelymeasures mentioned above are far from enough.Thusthe governmenttogether with the citizenshas started to plant more trees.Not only the air pollution has been restrainedbut the environment has also been more beautiful.
Till nowcontinuous measures are still being taken.For the citizens in this regiona beautiful and comfortable living condition was a welcome bonusbut mostly they had just wanted to own a healthy lifesimple enough.And they certainly will cherish this hard-to-get achievement.

直到現(xiàn)在仍在采取措施。這個(gè)地區(qū)的公民一個(gè)美麗的和舒適的生活條件是一個(gè)受歡迎的獎(jiǎng)金但大多只是想擁有一個(gè)健康的生活很簡(jiǎn)單。他們肯定會(huì)珍惜這冷冰冰的成就。
